To help us respond, please include your app version, device model, iOS or iPadOS version, and a clear description of what happened. If the issue is visual or difficult to describe, a screenshot can help.

Testing the beta?

If you are testing PointCompass through TestFlight, the fastest way to report a problem is from inside the app: take a screenshot and tap Share Beta Feedback, or open the TestFlight app, choose PointCompass, and tap Send Beta Feedback. If PointCompass crashes, TestFlight offers to send the crash report. Either way it goes straight to our bug tracker with your build number and device attached.

Before you submit

If your compass heading or GPS accuracy seems incorrect, check that Location Services are enabled for PointCompass and that your device is away from nearby metal objects or magnetic interference.
